OMED — our impression of Smokey Aventus. Built to mimic the pre-2013 batches, back when birch was still allowed in perfumery. Smoky, fruity and confident, with the depth and trail that made those early bottles legendary.

The matching Perfume Wax. Shea butter, white oil and beeswax carrying the same scent in solid form. Rub it into your pulse points first, spray OMED over the top, and the wax gives the fragrance something to hold on to. Up to ten hours on skin instead of an afternoon.

The wax isn't a replacement — it's a base layer. It's also 30g in a pocketable tin, so you can top up at the office or before dinner without carrying a glass bottle around.

How to wear it

  1. Take a fingertip of wax and work it into wrists, neck and behind the ears.
  2. Spray OMED over the same points while the wax is still tacky.
  3. Reapply wax through the day as needed.
