REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a two week refund policy. After receiving your order, you can contact us within 14 days for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was delivered. In this case, please contact us on our customer support number or thefragrancesquare@gmail.com, once you contact us we will let you know the return process and how to send the product(s) back to us.

Once you have sent the product(s) back to us, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be returned your original amount except for delivery charges.

Please remember it can take some time for your refund to be processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Custom products are not eligible for return or refund. Sale items can not be returned or exchanged either.
