Our delivery time is 3-6 working days.

2. Can I return/exchange products after I purchase them?
Customers can exchange their products without any hassle within 10 days of purchase.
In case of return, the customer is responsible to safely ship the product back to us.

5. What type of packaging does The Fragrance Square offer?
The Fragrance Square offers 30 ml and 50 ml perfumes available in different packaging. Different series cater to different uses, such as, daily use and luxury use.

6. What are our operational hours?
9 AM – 9 PM, Monday – Friday

7. Do you have a physical Outlet?
Yes. We currently have a fragrance studio at 63-A, Faisal Town, Lahore.
Customers may visit and explore our entire range before making a purchase.

8. What are the timings for your Studio?
Timings for the studio are
12PM - 7PM, Monday - Saturday.

9. What payment methods are available?
Customers may pay in cash, bank transfer or Credit/Debit Card as per their convenience.
All payment options are available online aswell as at our outlet.
